Apartment Review for Woodlake Villas - Orlando, FL

Everyone at this complex is great except Ann Maynard, the manager (and I believe the owner as well). Her entire satff is courteous and professional, even the ones that do not speak English very well are friendly and helpful, but Ann seems to have no concern for people. For example, I called to report that my A/C was malfunctioning, in August at 3:30 in the afternoon, with a pregnant wife at home, and she acted as though I was insulting her and causing her great inconvenience to have to have someone from maintenance come and fix it. To make matters worse, she tried to keep $100.00 of our security deposit for "not cleaning the stove". Seriously, $100 for that? Anyone that is considering moving here, please make it a point to see Ann in person before signing anything, you will definitely change your mind after meeting the coldest and most uncaring landlord I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with
