Anytimg that goes wrong here, the tennents "pay" for. That's right, if you squeal about anything, they have a video tape of YOU committing the crime. The two-faced magament staff and supposed maintence staff just love to evict people who "repeatedly ask for problems to be solved"! Case in point, our neighbor of 10 yearswas recently evicted for telling managment about an exposed electrical wire from our street lamp blown over by a storm.They said they would "fix the problem" and she recieved an eviction notice 2 days later explaining she was a "hostile tennent"! Our new neighbor and we were both accused of making "hostile Problems" simply because we don't like living with a severe roach problem.We were given a choice, either stop talking or be evicted. We're moving out. If you love anybody or are new to the neighborhood, don't move here. There are plenty of reasonable housing choices to make outside the typical rental books. more to come.......
