Apartment Review for Windrift Apartments - Orlando, FL

this place is beautiful. the workers here have all been very helpful and polite because i am polite to them as well. maintenance is very very quick, no noise (and i mean this.. i dont party often but i got noise complaints! hehe) parking was kinda bad. if you live facing the road, its going to be hell for you at night since there are 3 firestations off of chickasaw. but compared to all the other places ive been to and stayed at, this one is definitely the nicest. they mow at about 7 am on mondays (always upkeeping every week) and their sprinkler systems dont waste water. i think they just got a new spa and redid their raquetball court. very small community and mostly full of working couples and families.. not many college students did i see. the rent for me started at 709 and then got bumped up to 779 for a 1 bedroom.. i became too poor to stay here. plus the fact that my AC kept freezing up, doorknobs were falling off my doors and my cabinet door fell off. it just didnt seem that suitable to be paying 800 a month.

however, if you want good service and a decent place to live with barely any crime, this is a nice spot.
