This place sucks. The toilet bowl was cracked when we moved in and a year later as we are moving out, it is still the same way. The office staff suck. No body cares. The noise level is horrendous at about 2 AM in the parking lots, and there has actually been gun shots in the parking lot and in the grassy area bewteen buildings.  Need to rent an apartment?
