Apartment Review for West Winds Apartments - Orlando, FL

This apartment complex looked great when I first moved in, and then down hill it went. First I had a crack in my foundation, and after opening 5 different tickets about it, after over 90 days, I finally got answers. I had to move out of the apartment! They would not fix it with someone living here! I was able to break my lease at no penalty, which was a good thing, but they would not pay for anything else, like the move, or give back partial pet fees, etc. The crack has caused small, and some larger bugs to come in, and they won't fix the crack inside the apartment still! They are even ready to try to rent my place out 10 days after I move out. It's no good. I'm the 3rd one in the complex with this problem!!! 5922 Tradewinds, a 2 bed 1 bath apartment will give you nothing but trouble! Don't move in there!
