A sneakily written contract by Waterside is causing me to pay an extra two months rent. On top of that my floors were so poorly built my neighbor could hear us tip-toe across the floor at night to use the bathroom. I'd recommend steering clear of this place unless you don't care about sleep or paying extra fees/months rent due to a sneaky contract.  Need to rent an apartment?
