Apartment Review for Villa Tuscany - Orlando, FL

I have lived in Villa Tuscany for two years. During the past several months however management has failed me. They continuously let rude loud inconsiderate people move into the apartment buildings and they have been nothing but a nuisance! In addition to the on going disruptions there has also been an uprise in crimes(breaking in of cars and also a robbing that resulted in a young mans death) I have called and complained of stomping, yelling, jumping, screaming, banging, loud music and many other disruptions in all times of the night. I have called and complained to management umteen times and no changes have been made. I have called left messages, and even offered management to come and listen to the disruptions that my family and I have had to endure. Villa Tuscany are overpriced apartments, that do not live up to their expectations that they have set. I am ashamed to say that i pay over $1000 in rent a month for a two bedroom two bathroom, with a front gate that only likes to work occasionally, a pool that seems to be open to the public because children and their families from other apartment buildings seem to come and swim, an unsafe community, and management with very low expectations. Villa Tuscany is a disgrace!!!
