Apartment Review for Victoria Place Apartments - Orlando, FL

I have been a tenant at Victorias Place Apartments- Orlando FL since 2008 and so far my experience have been upsetting and disappointing! This has been my experience of Victorias Place Apartments in the last 6 months; The playground is almost always dirty with ketchup bags, empty fast food paper bag, and cigarette buds and ashes. All of the other facilities like the pool, Jacuzzi, basketball court, and gym areas are mostly full with people that do not live in this community and obviously do not pay rent. My trash bin has been over filled with trash that does not belong to me, there was even a time in particular when one of the tenants from this building used my trash bin to empty out their apartment as they were vacating, leaving huge bags of trash, broken lamps, an old TV, to name a few. The entire hallway was so full of junk and trash that the person who does the pick up had to complain to the management office. I am constantly awakened by the noise of people "partying" in the pool area or around my building breezeway or on the second floor hallway.This happens at least once or twice a week. The stairs that are in front of my bedroom window are the meeting place for people to talk on there cell phone at from 11pm-2am in the morning. This happens almost every day! My mailbox was broken into and the lock had to be replaced... A few months ago a tenant was assaulted at gun point in the parking lot just outside of my building- I was made ware of this my a neighbor the next morning. The security guard that was here a month ago was punched in the face by some Kidd's because they wanted to use the basket ball court.I have not seen this security guard since- we now have a new guard! The call box outside breaks often I have had to on several occasions get in my car and drive to the entrance to let visitors in the gate with my own card. Cars are ALWAYS tailgating residents through the gate to get into the community!!!! these are just to name a few there are many more! I am tired of hearing excuses from the management and personel from Victoria's place. They say "We will send an letter, we are working on it, or best of all... we were not aware of it!" Once time a one of the employees from the management office even had the audacity to tell me that this is NORMAL IN A APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! I am sorry but I have to disagree, this is supposed to be a great and exclusive area, that is why I PAY GOOD MONEY FOR THIS TINY APARTMENT! All of these things that I have listed above have happened on more than one occasion and all I keep hearing is that I should keep an eye out for the people that are disrupting the peace and breaking the rules. I AM A RESPONSIBLE PERSON , I PAY MY RENT AND KEEP MY HOUSE AND OUTSIDE AREAS CLEAN AND AND IN ORDER. I DONT' CAUSE PROBLEMS AND YET I AM GETTING NOTHING EXCEPT EXCUSES, NEW PROBLEMS, AND UNSOLVED REPETITIVE ISSUES! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND UNBELIEVABLE, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE! I AM STARTING TO UNDERSTAND WHY THIS COMMUNITY IS SO TERRIBLE...IT'S BECAUSE DESCENT, RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE WOULD NEVER EVER STAY UNDER THESE CONDITIONS! And yet the community has a sign asking for referrals, I can only wonder who is being referred! enter at yourt own risk!
