As a parent of a former UCF student & 1 yr. tenant, I find that my son experienced the same if not VERY similar circumstances;Incompatible roommates, Apt. delivered in filth,fleas,mold, management problems,etc. DO NOT SEND YOUR KID TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!Also- what 3 bdrm in this neighborhood in this condition is $1500?(I would've given LESS than 1 star, but 1 was the minimum.)  Need to rent an apartment?
