Apartment Review for University Apartments - Orlando, FL

Recently I visited the property since it was within walking distance of U.C.F. I was greeted by the property manager who was very helpful gave me complete information and took me on a tour of their model. He even showed me where the apartment that I would be renting was located! For the price of the two bedroom ($590.00) I thought it was a steel and I could even half this price with my room mate!! Best of all maintenance was on hand day or night and they even had a pool that was crystal clear and covered parking. I didn't rent from them since I couldn't find a room mate and had to take another route, but this would have been my first choice!
