Apartment Review for The Greens - Orlando, FL

You should believe most of the things you read on the internet especially if it is a complaint. The reason behind this is because not many people do it and they actually took the time to write a review which most people appreciate. Of course people will always bring up a negative before a positive but when it comes to living somewhere it is helpful. But on to the apartment, this place is truly, TRASH. In the beginning I just thought things would smooth out, there were a couple of bumps here and there but I was wrong. There is never any parking so I was forced to purchase a garage @ $90 a month! I complained enough and they lowered it slightly. Because of very little parking, before I purchased a garage, my car ended up with 2 huge scratched on either side. The sprinkler system works, ALL THE TIME and floods all the walk ways. It is extremely loud but hey its Orlando so you just have to get over that. I had a roach problem from day one until the time I left, I ended up having my lease waived because of it. Throughout the 5 months I was there I had many different neighbors because they were smart enough to get out sooner than me I guess. I don't like to complain and I wouldn't really call this a complaint, just a warning to those who want a good honest review about somewhere they are going to sign a lease for and drop a few thousand into. I wish I would have looked into reviews before I moved here. Lesson learned. As far as management, they are not helpful, they just like to turn it around and blame things on you. Very unprofessional and never the same people in the office. Really, I could go on and on, but I think the picture is clear. Hopefully I've helped someone.
