Apartment Review for The Fountains At Waterford Lakes - Orlando, FL

If you love crime, rude workers, and low quality furnishings, then this is the place for you! I have lived in apartments all over Orlando and this is by far the worst. The staff is completely unprofessional. During "office hours" you would be lucky to get them on the phone. They don't return requests. Also, the buildings are older, which isn't a problem if they are properly maintained. However, at move in, there was mold, carpet stains, and the sink and tub were peeling. There is also no shortage of bugs here as they do not regularly spray. Cockroaches and ants love it here. They're not the only ones you have to watch out for, because crime is a problem here too. In one year, my car has been broken in twice. Take my advice, STAY AWAY!!!
