Apartment Review for Sumerset Housing - Orlando, FL

Sumerset was intended to be a gated secure, drug free community. However, throughout the year of my residency there have been 2 drug raids, atleast one rape, and numerous robberies at gunpoint and burglaries. The office personel does not take any responsibility to repair to gate that is mandated to be working, to secure the property, or protect it's residents. There have been 2 convicted child mosters living on the property. Due to lack of background checks by office personel they allow everyone to live here on property. The only qualification to live here is have CASH in hand. As you exit the office door from applying or signing lease you will be talked about in great detail in a negitive manner to other residents. If you do not want the community to know your information down to the color and style of your underwear then please save yourself and rent elsewhere. Please learn from my misfortune and rent elsewhere.
