Apartment Review for Sumerset Housing - Orlando, FL

Sumerset Apartments is a income restricted complex. They allow everyone and anyone in, even though they claim to do background checks. The police are often called there. There have been stabbings and shootings in the complex. The management is not helpful and look the other way when it comes to illegal activity, only concerned with money. I do not recommend this to anyone with children. Or anyone that does not want to live under these conditions.
