Apartment Review for Stonebridge Landings Apartment Homes - Orlando, FL

At first I thought this place looked so nice with the kids playing outside and the cute trees the staff seemed so nice but that all came to an end once I moved in!. Starting off with the noise level it sounds as if elephants live upstairs. The garbage compactor outside is always full so everyone piles there garbage on the side so I did it cause someone else did it and they want to charge me $50 for littering!!.. There's always cigerratte buds and garbage everywhere outside and kids cursing up a storm. Not even a month after moving in my water heater broke believe me cold showers are not fun!..took them about 4 times to finally fix it. The long lightbulb lights in the kitchen went out and they said I have to replace them excuse me?? I moved in here in Dec. This is the first time I hear something like this.I am so unhappy here I wanted to break my lease guess what you forfit your deposit of $500 plus an additional $2000.. this ain't the trump palace for them to be charging an arm and a leg!..My old apartment complex felt like a palace compared to this plus the staff worked with you never bothered you they were great I miss Regatta Bay Apartments in Kissimmee you guys were awesome. My advice to everyone is DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Its a nightmare!!!!! Very ghetto and cheap!!!! Go anywhere but here believe me you'll regret it.
