Apartment Review for Savannah At Park Central - Orlando, FL

I moved in to Savannah when it was a brand new community. Ill be honst and say the first year I was here was enjoyable. The mistake was made when I signed for a second year. Since then this has been one of the worst experiences of my life. The office staff made some changes and since then it everything went downhill. First of all and worst of all, I have had an ongoing cockroach problem for the past 2 months. The problem is still not resolved and it has greatly effected my everyday life. I am embarrassed to have visitors in m apartment and I have had to throw away a lot of food. Not to mention my dog constantly has roaches trying to get his food even when I dont leave it out for more than an hour. I hear other residents are having the same problem. The apartment is overall very noisy. Due to the poor construction you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. This has even caused me to get noise complaints for being at a completely reasonable noise level. Renting policies must have become less strict because residents continue to become lower class as time goes on and this is causing what seems to me a much more unsafe community. They even left the gate open the past few night wich is one of the reasons I even wanted to live here in the first place. Overall please take my word on it and don't put yourself through the same troubles I am dealing with day in and day out.
