Apartment Review for Royal Summit Apartments - Orlando, FL

I have 2 toilets in my bathroom and niether one works. I called the (unprofessional) staff in the office to put in a work order for this on 6/20/08. Today is 6/29/08. This is unsanitary for my children and I. I was given several broken promises from the staff and managers. I finally got fed up and hired a plumber to come today. I will present the bill to the manager....but doubts he'll pay it. I moved in here Dec '07 and I'm counting the days until Dec '08 arrives. This place is a dump. They advertise the pool, but never opens it. The laundry room looks dirty and nasty, plus the machines take your money and don't work. No one could even pay me to stay here again.
