Apartment Review for Riverpark - Orlando, FL

The walls are like paper!! I could hear everything my neighbors did in their apartment and I mean everything!!! The lack of privacy is just the start of it. Security is another issue. They claim to have cameras , but they just survey the townhouse not the parking lot or your apartment. I had the lovely experience of walking out to my car one morning and was welcomed by smashed windows and a stole Ipod, epass, GPS etc. The maintenance is a joke … They are suppose to pick up the trash Sunday-Thursday… what they forget to mention is IF THE GARBAGE MAN FEELS LIKE IT. I cann’t even count the times I left my trash outside at night and in the next morning I find a MY TRASH and a letter informing me of a 35 dollar fee for taking my trash out in the morning!!!! It’s not my damn fault your trash man doesn’t pick up the damn trash!!! The staff at this place is the toping on the cake. I signed in lease in june and 7 months later they still leave voicemails on my phone ask me to come down to the club house because “WE” forgot to sign a form. Now once is fine but they contacting me once every other week telling me to sign more papers. How the hell can you miss so many damn “forms” The condition of the unit was just as bad as the staff. They said before we moved in they would paint the wall and change the carpet. Sounded good at the time but after you sign the lease they don’t do SHIT . They even gave me a little post card telling me to note the things I would like fixed before I moved my furniture in… I filled that out the same day and still NOTHING WAS DONE. Do they mail the damn cards to Santa!!!
