Apartment Review for Primrose Park - Orlando, FL

I have lived at Primrose Park for nearly a year and have really enjoyed it. The owner/landlord has been readily available for repairs the few times I have had to call her, and the repairs were done in a very timely manner. She had the exterior of the building (4 units total) painted this year and it has updated the appearance nicely. The handyman she uses is younger, very thorough and has nice attention to detail. The apartments are small (approximately 600 sq feet) but feel airy. The two units on the second floor have vaulted ceilings, and all units have stackable W/D, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and central air. The landscaping is nothing special, and there are only 6 parking spaces for the 4 apartments, although the current crowd has very few visitors so parking has never been a problem. There is also a distinct old-cigarette odor that I have been unable to get out of my apartment in the last year. The building sits on Primrose Drive, which is a fairly busy thoroughfare. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.
