Apartment Review for Post Parkside - Orlando, FL

I lived there for 2 years for the location, but that was it. I was trying to buy a house, so I could not move and ruin my rental history. When I first moved in the management was great. However, after about 3 months they lost any employee and everyone that replaced her was horrible to work with. There was a leak in one of the bedrooms and my roommate was sick due to the mold everyday. After a week we were told that maintenance did not detect any leaks and told us that we were lying. Finally after a large tropical storm came through and there were multiple leaks in the apartment Post found the leaks and the mold and we were forced to move into another apartment. A few months later Post started construction on the exterior of the building and people we in and out of my apartment without permission. My life was a living nightmare. Management told me to deal with it because there were too many people that lived there to compensate everyone for the inconveience. Finally, the parking garage is too tight and parking spots too small. I had $6000 worth of damage to my car and management was of no assistance once again. Post has cameras on the second and first floors and would not allow me to view them. I know other people that live at the Metropolitan and Paramount that love them. Please do not live at Post for your own sanity.
