Apartment Review for Plaza At Millenia - Orlando, FL

At the beginning everything looks and sounds great because they want you to move, but once you are in the apt. nobody cares about your maintenance problems. Also, kids have been putting nails in our car tires, the gym, pool and laundry are closed and only open on the weekends. They say is "to cut costs" but aren't we paying an association fee? What the hell? I don't see how that cuts costs... DO NOT MOVE OR BUY HERE. Save yourself a headache. The prices for the apt are cheap because of the area but don't do it.
