Welcome to Pegasus Pointe....DRUG DEALER HEAVEN. Yes. that's right, you can buy whatever you want right here. And oh yes, let's not forget the dirty run down apartment that you are stuck with. Nothing is ever fixed and they never change the air filters so the air conditioning units run continually and the tenant gets the bill.
