Apartment Review for Pegasus Pointe - Orlando, FL

Since the moment I moved in, this place has been HORRID! First, they tried to move me in as a freshman female with a senior male because his name was Kim, not unusual in most Asian countries. Then, they moved me into an overflow with a sofa that STILL smells of urine even though I've asked about it several times (and in a year and a half, you'd think they'd clean it). The apartment was all torn up when I moved in and NOTHING has been fixed but one drain leak. The staff are ignorant and mysterious charges continually show up on your account. The neighbors are rude and noisy and don't care about people with jobs or early classes. None of my concerns have ever been addressed here. They charged me one hundred dollars for an apparently invisible pet! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! NOTHING BUT A GLORIFIED DORMATORY!!! (You'll even have an RA) Oh, and there are tons of people with keys to every apartment AND bedroom, who can come and go as they please with NO NOTICE! If something goes missing, good luck. They'll tell you it was one of your friends, even though no one has been there in weeks. Maintainance walked in on my roommate changing clothes. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!! And, I've witness three cars being broken into in as many months. I was on the phone with the cops narrating to them when they should've been there to stop things.
