Apartment Review for Pegasus Pointe - Orlando, FL

ok, this place is cheap compared to many others... so don't expect too much!!! Staff isn't helpful nor friendly, and it's really loud here... thin walls, creaking floors, you hear every word that's spoken outside your room (IN the apt and OUTside the bldg). Place wasn't cleaned up when I moved in (hair in the shower, ants in kitchen, underwear in washer), and there is a light switch in your room, but get this: no light! So first thing I did was buy two lamps. Forget the roommate matching, it doesn't work. I live with someone who smokes, and is really messy... I don't smoke and consider myself clean. Shuttle to UCF? The worst. I sometimes wait for the bus for 30 mins... late for class... parking? forget it, esp. the visitor's. They charge you for the decal, even though you can't find parking. The rooms are really small, but the living room is huge... kitchen is pretty big too, so is the porch. Ok to sum it up: it's cheaper than most places, what you pay is what you get, but I still consider this one here overpriced. If you don't have to, don't live here.
