When I first moved in the carpet was a mess with stains and the unit was just filthy. They have completely ignored my request to fix the carpet. Maintenance comes in without warning most of the time. Parking is a nightmare and this place is WAY overpriced. Steer clear of Pegasus Pointe, and for that matter Pegasus Landing because they are pretty much the same.  Need to rent an apartment?
