Apartment Review for Palm Harbor Apartments - Orlando, FL

What can i say that isn t bad about this place me and a few neighbors had their cars stolen their, one neighbor due to a minor technicality in the car almost had their car stolen. No lighting been there recently so in 4 to 5 yrs no lighting in the middle part of the complex no wonder people steal cars. Maintenance is super slow even on critical stuff like broken AC in the middle of summer. Painted over cabinetry, open wholes from the outer part of the building to the inner had to seal myself, check under window sills, insulation so bad that our ac bills were in the 200 s if not a couple times in the 300s for only 1100 sq ft wow i pay a cheaper electric bill in a house that is over 2 times the size. Almost had a really bad accident due to the steps leading to our apt breaking due to dry rotted wood. Paper thin walls so don t expect privacy, half ur phone jacks and electric jacks might not work, very low priority on replacing light bulbs ballasts and anything normal people might want to see and all. Electrical is really bad fried my computer 2xs once even with a surge protector fried through the protector and computer. This apt cost me alot more than the rent. Over the years probably counting the stolen car close to 3 thousand in computer parts and car parts. Avoid like the plague if i were you, only good thing about this place is the maintenance people are really cool. Front office is never open and they use a laundry card so when are u supposed to charge it lol.
