I have been here for three years and let me tell you this place is Gettho 101. Roaches, loud neighbours, and the really loud pool parties with techno music every Saturday. I've had to call the poilice several times due to noice. The front office is full of incompetence. Work orders get taken care of after calling them several times. I am glad I will be moving soon from this hell  Need to rent an apartment?
