I would never advise an enemie to live there.They thrive on peoples discomfort so they can break their lease to keep their deposit. The water for showers are either too hot or too cold. The health department or EPA need to check all apartment for MOLD. If your neighbor smoke it will somehow end up in your apartment. The laundry cost more then most hotels.  Need to rent an apartment?
