Apartment Review for Monterey Lake Apartments - Orlando, FL

in the last 11 days i have been without hot water for 5 days. twice for over 48 hours. when i call the office, all they say is "sorry". imagine having to go to work 5 out of 11 days without a shower! i called the corp.office twice to complain about the situation and was routed to voice-mail, i asked for a return call and never recieved anything. do not move here, unless you do not need hot water, or repairs to this falling apart property.
