Apartment Review for Monterey Lake Apartments - Orlando, FL

Me and my boyfriend lived there and when tropical storm fay hit sadly to say we came outside to see a tree on his car. Long story short the apartment lady told me they known that some of there trees r bad and they r not responsible.Although they were nice about it they seemed to avoid the issue. They never asked if there was any thing they could do or anything. It totalled his car and we dealt with the whole thing for 5 months with our insurance company. We ended up losing out on money and the apartment ppl took a whole day to remove the tree from the car!!!! They knew they needed to get epuipment to do it at 9 in the morning and waited until 4 to tell us they need to move the tree the next day!!!! SO DO NOT PARK UNDER ANY OF THERE TREES IF THERE IS A TROPICAL STORM... IT MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!
