Apartment Review for Monterey Lake Apartments - Orlando, FL

The worst decision I took in my life is to stay in Monterey Apt. From the day 1, I am unhappy. I am just waiting for my lease completion. I have lots of freinds who asked me about this aptm, but none I recommended. I moved in on Apr 4, 2007. I was in a little hurry since I have to leave my hotel & need to move into some aptm. But when I moved into A203 of Monterey Apt, I found nothing was cleaned and when I asked the lease manager, Jackie Valley, she said as I hurried up it was not possible to do so. Then I was provided with a document of list of items in the room with their condition and asked to return it after fill-up within 7days. I returned it with all real condition of my furnished room, but she said she will take care. After 7days when no one came I approched to Michale and he surprised that it was not there in my file...!!! I got reference about this aptm from ApartmentSearch.com. There were some $200 cash I used to get from them as I refered their name at my paperwork. But even after 2months when I didnot get any such coupon I called them up and came to know when they called up Monterey authority, they didnot gave my information. So here also I was cheated.
