Apartment Review for Mission Bay Apartments - Orlando, FL

The office staff if you can even call them that, are NEVER in the office when you need something, are rude and unhelpful if you do. Our air conditioner broke because everything in these apartments are old and falling apart, we had to wait a week before anyone would come help we had to stay in a hotel, then they said it looked fine. It wasnt even turning on! I had to call and make a huge complaint with their corporate office for them to finally fix it 2 weeks later. The visitor parking is a joke. Their are never spots and they tow your car if you do not live here, Can never have people over unless we circle the lot for half an hour. Party neighborhood does not even describe it. There is always very loud noise from other apartments and noone will do anything about it, they lie and tell you they are evicting the people who make such noise after 2 months of complaints, then the same night, it happens again. Bugs. We are very clean people and we are on the second floor. We have had ants and roaches and they come "spray" but tell us it is the people next door to us that are filthy, and they are coming over to our apartment. Do they do anything? No. We would have moved out the 2nd month we were here, if they didnt lie to you in the beginning about breaking your lease. We were told that you pay one month of rent, or find someone to move in in your place. Well that is not true one bit. The reality is it is not on your lease, but they claim they gave you a packet with all the rules that noone seems to know about or have gotten. Its 4 months of your rent, and a 500 penalty to move out early. It is ridiculous. Word to the Wise STAY FAR AWAY FROM MISSION BAY!
