Apartment Review for Millennium Palms - Orlando, FL

This place needs to be condemned! The office staff is very unprofessional and maintenance is non-existent. You have to wait weeks to months for maintenance to get to you and when they do they do only part of the job and go away. Only to have to come back because it was never completed in the first place. The office staff blames maintenance and says that it's not their responsibility. From my understanding it is their job to follow up and make sure that everything gets taken care of not a constant call from the tenants. There are things falling apart constantly and you have to get home early to get a parking space. Don't even consider this place.
