The rent was cheap. The location was good. The ROACHES loved the place. THe office staff was rediculously inefficient!!!!! Not enough maintainence staff for the size of the complex. Work order were difficult to get completed, if at all! It was a struggle to get anything done unless you threatened to with hold rent. I could not pack the U-haul fast enough!!!!!!!!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
