Apartment Review for Middlebrook Farms - Orlando, FL

Staff is VERY friendly when you are looking to move in and everything LOOKS great, what with the gate and security guards "24 hour" protection, but there is a serious crime problem here. Cars getting broken into left and right, being left on blocks and apartments getting robbed ALL THE TIME. The staff will tell you that there have been maybe 3 in the past year but there were three in one night and at least 6 others in the front of the complex since last summer.Its only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt. Bottom line don't move in unless you have a dog and renters insurance and don't expect the managers to be helpful or even friendly when you have a problem, the property manager won't even allow the girls under her to call her on the weekends.
