The place is falling apart. Some changes have been done to the outside of the buildings. But don't be fooled. Maintenance sucks. If you need something done, start praying. And the management acts like they're doing people a favor. Gated? Yeah right! The gates regularly stay open. Pool? Looks like green water! Just don't bother. Move in special or not, don't do it.
