Apartment Review for Mallard Cove Apts. - Orlando, FL

I moved in & paid my rent 3 months up front. The second month I received a late notice about my rent and the manager at the time whom did not speak English told me I was wrong although I had receipts. 2 walls in my bedroom completely lost power and was never addressed until 7 months later, after sending certified letters, going to the office everyday with video as proof, and finally with holding my rent. In the year I was there, we had 4 sets of management, all with severe attitude problems. I've never encountered such rude people. One manager actually attempted to get physically violent after she was proven wrong. My neighbor was murdered in his apartment and the maint. staff are thieves. I had a repair done on my unit and when I came back home, my firearm and jewelry was missing and I had my firearm secured under my bed. I'd never recommend this place to anyone, even if it were FREE!!!!!!!
