Apartment Review for Mallard Cove Apts. - Orlando, FL

I've never been to jail, but I imagine it is similar to how you're treated at Mallard Cove. The staff is rude, authoritarian and worthless! Unbeknownst to me, they were signing for my UPS & FedEx packages. The problem was that they were signing for packages and stuffing them in a "mail" closet, neglecting to let me know that they had them. After my friend tipped me off on a package she had sent me, I stopped in to get it and ask them to refrain from signing for my mail. They got belligerent and said that it was a "courtesy" outlined in my lease and said they will continue whether I like it or not. On top of that, they insisted I go get my ID before releasing my mail. Prior to this day, they knew me well enough to call me by my first name, go figure....
