Apartment Review for La Palazza - Orlando, FL

This was by far the worst experience ever. I asked office management before moving in if there was noise in the area the leasing office said no it was personal preference and neglected to tell me there was a night club across the lake which made my walls rumble. Office management changed on a regular basis and the office staff was very unhelpful. Parking was next to nothing and would have guests parking in front of my garage and blocking me in. The maintenance men were awesome and very helpful maybe they should of been the ones running the leasing office. The unit had cob webs that were never cleaned and the brand new carpet was pulling up and never fixed and it was supposedly a refinished unit, this refinished unit also had mold growing around the windows which they said was not harmful even though my sinus's and allergies were going nuts..... The appearance of the out side was very dirty when asked if they were going to power wash the building the response was yes should be done in the next week., that was 3 months ago and when I moved out it still wasn't done. The noise level was extremely terrible I could hear my neighbors alarm clock in the morning but the noise from other neighbors was terrible.... The office staff knows nothing and always tries to take care of issues they know nothing about and lack forwarding the information to the right person. When I went to break my lease the office staff told me one price and when I moved out 4 days before the day I asked about I should of saved more the day of move out the Property manager said that was wrong and that it was more. All I can say is STAY AWAY FROM LAPALAZZA.
