Apartment Review for Jefferson Commons - Orlando, FL

I cant say enough bad about this apartment complex. First off there are doors to the foyer and they slam loud constantly. Second they lost plenty of my mail--I received a package in jan that wass postmarked in oct! And they were smug and blamed the error on me and my lack of address knowlege. Namely no help from prop manager Alison! My car was towed no help! Becuase I rented a car and there were no visitor spots left! Fire alarm went off 3 times for hours since l;ast year. They tried to charge me 60 buck for cig butts that came from upstairs--I dont even smoke! The internet is awsome--the pool is good--but better not have problem with anything invoving customer service--they dont care!!!!
