Apartment Review for Jasmine At Maitland - Orlando, FL

Jasmine at Maitland apartments staff do what they can to help you as their tenants. They do their best to look out for your safey. I have never had a problem with getting something fixed in my apartment, if its not an emergency its been taken care of with in 24 hours of me talking with the staff, and if it is an emergency it gets done much quicker provided that they have the tools and replacement equipment. The Staff here does their best, and i've read some reviews on this and other sites talking down about them, they are some of the friendlist staff i've met. They don't treat you like your trash no matter what you look like, But at the same time they aren't going to just sit idle if you come in and start Yelling and Screaming at them. If there is a problem they'll fix it, they do their best to know whats wrong with the units when a person moves out or in. Before you sign a lease they take and walk you through the unit to make sure everything is ok and that you are satisfied with it. the only complaint i do have about this complex is the other tenants, some people don't know how to act and the staff here can't be blamed for that, but if there is a problem they will do what they can such as have security patrol your area more to make sure it doesn't keep occuring. The Complex attempts to be pro-active about the on goings of what happens on their property. I personally would suggest this Complex to anyone.
