Apartment Review for Jasmine Apartments - Orlando, FL

Nice and quite and tucked away - yet you are well located close to most everything in mid-east Orlando: UCF 15minutes, Valencia 5 minutes, 408 Expressway, 417 Greenway, 18 minutes to downtown, 3 minutes to Winn Dixie & Bank of America. However, managment keeps making uneeded improvements (which will lead to increased rent) and charges a lot if you are one hour late with your rent ($75). You should be able to negotiate a good rent price - I've got $569 for a 1 bedroom. The A/C units are old and will drive up your electic bill though. Maintenance is pretty quick and parking is plentiful. Pool and gym are nice. 4.5 out of 5 stars.
