Apartment Review for Heron's Cove - Orlando, FL

OK, now there are two sides for this, the before Bellagios Masnagement, And after it. before it sucks, drugs 24 hoursa day, people stealing from their neighbors, kids everywhere 24 hours a day without adult supervision, roaches, mold, rats and all other kind of pest. lived there for almost 2 years, @ the begginig it was ok, staff was friendly and all taht kind of stuff, but after a lil bit it al changed. any time you had a question, they would avid you, if you reported somehting broken at your place they would write it on a sticky note and loose it right away, so of course they never fixed it. even management selled drugs out of the office. that was just the tip of the iceberg. now with Bellagio, it changed from night to day. they have already kicked out almost everyone that used to be there with the herons cove management, beleive me , they used any kind of excuse to do it. theey raised the rent almost by $100 in most cases, one tingh they got on their side, they are fixing the apartments, i mean tearing it up and starting from scratch. they have a contract with OPD, they there all the time, they got undercover cops walking around all the time. they really strict with their pollicies, if you have a pet and you dont say nothing more than likely you will get kicked out. this is some of the stuff i learned , now is on you if you want to give the new management a try, they look like they going to do a good job, just give them a chance.
