Very bad manager and stuff

My husband lived there for a while. Before he moved in, they were kind and polite. When he wants to move out, they had him stay there for extra month. They claim that they sent a notification to him, but he did not get it at all. Their attitude is absolutely unacceptable. When his frige was down, they did repaired it for several days.  Need to rent an apartment?
