Apartment Review for Gates Of Harbortown - Orlando, FL

The office staff has no idea what is going on. When you ask them a question, you'll get a different answer from each of the "staff". They also appear to be very friendly before the lease is signed, but don't let this fool you-it is only an act. They feel that once you have signed the lease, you are trapped; they have demonstrated this on numerous occasions. They are so unorganized that one day you may just receive a letter stating you owe money out of the blue. When you ask them about it...they'll have no idea. (Once again, a different story from each person.) The gates are always broken, and when people get robbed, they'll send a letter stating it is "not our responsibility". FIX THE GATES! Good luck trying to find a parking spot somewhat in the near vicinity of you apartment! This rarely happens. We have lived in other apartments in Metrowest and we regretfully moved out of those into Gates of Harbortown. I can tell you that some places DO have friendly staff who truly care about you and your family, just not Gates of Harbortown.
