Apartment Review for Fountains At Lee Vista - Orlando, FL

My son and his roommates had made all the arrangements to move into this facility at the beginning of Dec. 2009. Upon getting there they presented them with a lease that had blank spaces (to be filled in by management later) listed Florida State statues, that no one could explain, or had copies on hand to tell the leasee what they were. The representative could not answer questions and the apartment manager was "unavailable". They misrepresented the complex. Beware when dealing with this complex. Upon signing the lease you are also responsible for any damage done to your apartment, even by someone you don't know. You would have to pay for the damage and then take the person responsible to court to recoup your money. Needless to say, my family walked away from this complex disgusted with the lies that were told to them the whole time that were talking to a representative to make the arrangements to stay at the complex. They had driven 16 hours through the night to find this nightmare waiting for them. Luckily we found a super complex right down the street that had availability at the last second, we are talking 4:00pm on a Friday night. If you dare to stay here read the lease carefully. It is not advisable in any aspect to sign a lease that has blank spaces and unclear language that you only realize when it comes back to bite you in the butt.
