Apartment Review for Cumberland - Orlando, FL

The insulation in the apartments is almost non-existent. From my first-floor apt, I can hear everything the neighbors do. I can also hear everything that is going on outside the apt. The office staff is not helpful--even though they appear to care, they don't help. The pools are not heated, so that only lasts less than half the year. Parking is not an issue right now, but I will be as no one has assigned parking.
