Apartment Review for Crowntree Lakes - Orlando, FL

Apartment Interior/Exterior: Exactly what you see in the pictures is what you get. Beautiful new property, new appliances, brand new units with a spacey floor plan, impressive gym facility. Safety: There have been a number of burglaries within the complex (both during the day and not very late at night). Invest in an alarm system, as Crowntree does not offer systems pre-installed. Parking: Unless you're lucky enough to live in a building right by the clubhouse, you're likely going to have to walk VERY FAR to get to your building from the parking lot, because spots fill up quickly at night. I had to park outside of the gate regularly, and leave my car by the clubhouse. Noise: Although it's not a noisy neigborhood, the walls are very thin. You can hear someone running down the hallway stairs, doors slamming shut, and conversations in the front of the building from the third floor! Think twice if you're a light sleeper. If you're ok with locking your belongings away daily (b/c you are certain that it's a matter of time before someone breaks into your apartment), and hiking from one side of the parking lot to your building, then you may want to consider visiting the leasing office!
