Apartment Review for Colonial Pointe - Orlando, FL

A notice will get stuck on your door telling you it's time to check your fire extinguisher so you have to bring it to the office. They give you ONE DAY notice to bring it to the office during their hours or they will fine you $25.00. The problem is if you're like me and my wife (and most people!!!) you're at work when the office is open therefore you cannot drop off anything with only ONE DAY NOTICE. Be realistic Colonial Pointe! Who really gives one day notice before charging a fee? And why is it that the abandon car that has been sitting outside of my apartment for months and months and months has a TWO-WEEK NOTICE before towing stuck to it's window? I live here and I get ONE DAY and someone dumps a car and they get TWO WEEKS? What genius is running this place?
