Apartment Review for Colonial Grand At Hunter's Creek - Orlando, FL

We have a 3 bedroom model and pay $1350 for 1400 sq ft. Maintenance can't seem to fix anything on the first try. We have had about 25 different work orders in the year we have been living here. The front office people are very nice and attentive, but there is always a line because its ran by 2 people. They need more people in the front office for such a large apartment complex. To much $$$ for the quality, but grounds are nice. Complex has two pools. One is lacking, but the larger one behind the front office is nice. No shade though and the bbq pits are pretty much unsable because of holes in the bottom of them. (rust probably) Jeez, $1350 a month for rent can they afford some new bbq pits? Oh, and if you call the front desk, it almost always goes to their answering system. Sooooo, overall a decent place to live, but not for the price. Would i renew my lease? No. Oh, by the way, if you have pets expect to pay pet rent of $25 per month, per pet and put down a $400 non-refundable deposit PER PET!! Good luck with that.
